We do not decide your relationship for you. We do not contact the other person. We do not break into accounts, run secret surveillance, or pretend that message analysis can prove facts outside the record.
If the messages are reassuring
The report says that. We are not paid to find a problem. If the concerns are not supported by the submitted history, that matters.
If the messages raise concerns
We explain the pattern, point to the relevant parts of the history, and separate clear concerns from things that are only uncertain.
