Refunds and cancellations
If you cancel before substantive review work begins, we ordinarily provide a full refund. Once substantive work has started, the review is generally non-refundable because the service time has already been used. If we cannot provide an accepted service, we will address the undelivered portion appropriately. See the Terms of Service for details.
