Review the Messages helps people get a clearer look at online and long-distance relationships. We also work with family members and friends who are concerned about someone they care about. Because the material can be sensitive, privacy is part of the service, not an afterthought.

What Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may receive your name, email address, purchase information, intake answers, message histories, screenshots, documents you choose to submit, questions you want reviewed, and information needed to deliver your report or respond to you.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, prepare the review, communicate with you, process payments, protect the site and service from abuse, keep necessary business records, comply with legal obligations, and improve how the service works.

Your Messages and Other People’s Information

Conversation histories often contain information about another person. Only submit material you are legally allowed to provide. Do not access someone else’s private account, device, or records without authorization.

Who We Share Information With

We may use service providers for website hosting, payment processing, secure intake or storage, email, analytics, and other functions needed to operate the service. We only share information as reasonably necessary for those functions or when required by law.

We Do Not Sell Your Messages

We do not sell submitted private conversation histories as a product or list.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep submitted material only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, deliver the report, handle support, maintain appropriate business records, prevent fraud, resolve payment issues, and meet legal obligations. We are not promising that every type of information will be deleted on the same fixed number of days.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the service. No internet system can promise absolute security, so do not send passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, or full payment card numbers in your message history.

Your Choices

You choose what to submit. You can also request deletion of information we no longer reasonably need, subject to records we may need to keep for payment, fraud prevention, legal, or other legitimate business purposes. See Data and Deletion.
