The basic rules for using Review the Messages

What We Do

Review the Messages provides informational analysis of customer-submitted communications. We organize and review the submitted record, identify patterns, compare claims with later events, and prepare a written report.

If You’re Worried About a Family Member or Friend

You may purchase a review as a gift, but the recipient controls whether to participate, what to submit, whether to read the report, and whether to share it. Paying for a review does not give the purchaser control over the conclusion.

We Don’t Start With a Conclusion

We do not start by assuming the relationship is genuine or deceptive. The report follows the submitted record.

What We Don’t Do

We are not a dating or matchmaking service, private investigator, background-check provider, law-enforcement agency, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser, or medical provider. We do not access private accounts or devices without authorization, contact the other person as part of the standard service, or guarantee another person’s identity, motives, or future behavior.

What You Submit

You are responsible for submitting material you are legally allowed to provide. Do not submit stolen data, unlawfully accessed accounts, passwords, authentication codes, or material you are prohibited from sharing.

The More Complete the Conversation, the Better the Review

A selective or incomplete message history can change what the record appears to show. If important context is missing, the report may identify that limitation.

Technology and Human Review

Software tools may assist with organization, search, sorting, and pattern review. The final report is human-reviewed.

Your Decisions Are Still Yours

The report is information for you to consider. You decide what to do with it.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the service.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown on the website. Payment is due before review work begins unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel before substantive review work begins, we ordinarily provide a full refund. After substantive review work begins, the service is generally non-refundable because service time has already been used. If we cannot provide an accepted service, we will address the undelivered portion appropriately.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery estimate begins after payment and after we have the material needed to start. Estimates are not guarantees unless we specifically agree to a deadline in writing.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Data and Deletion page explain how information is handled.

No Guarantee of Outcome

A review may find reassuring evidence, meaningful concerns, mixed evidence, incomplete evidence, or unresolved questions. We do not guarantee a particular conclusion or result.

Limits of Service

The service is limited to the submitted record and the scope purchased. It cannot establish facts outside that record without separate independent verification.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version posted on the site applies to new purchases unless another version is required by law or agreed in writing.
