FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about privacy, neutrality, submissions, and what the report can establish.
Do you begin by assuming this is a scam?
No. We do not begin by assuming the relationship is deceptive, and we do not begin by assuming it is genuine.
Can someone pay you to reach a particular conclusion?
No. The purchaser cannot control the conclusion. The same submitted messages should receive the same review.
Does the person buying a gift review receive the report?
Not automatically. The recipient controls whether to participate, what to submit, whether to read the report, and whether to share it.
Do you contact the other person?
No. We review the materials submitted to us. We do not contact the other person or access private accounts or devices.
Can the review verify someone’s identity?
Not by itself. The report explains what the submitted conversation supports, but it does not independently verify identity, employment, location, documents, or private motives.
How private is the process?
The final answer depends on the secure intake and storage system selected before launch. The site is designed to route sensitive uploads away from ordinary public WordPress forms.
What file types can I submit?
This will depend on the secure intake provider. The intended workflow supports exported message histories and selected screenshots or documents when relevant.
What happens if the evidence is mixed?
The report says that. It should not force a clear conclusion where the submitted record does not support one.
